I DISAGREE WITH THIS PROPOSAL DUE BECAUSE IT WILL NOT HELP THE PERSONELL THAT ALREADY WORK FOR THE GOVERMENT. IT WILL JUST GIVE SUPERVISORS THE ABILITY TO HIRE AND FIRE AS THEY PLEASE. THIS WOULD BE LIKE WORKING IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR.
