Good Day, Pay Banding ! I appreciate the need for change however the blatent overall inforcement of the NSPS will hurt the personnel who worked most of their federeal career under the paraments of our general hire. I also do not appreaciate a "token" comment time before implementation. Why offer comments when a decision has been make and the impact will be effective regardless! Ok so this is the American Way I vote for, fight for and support? Please! No! I do not support this new system and feel this is hurting the masses vs the intent.
