In reviewing all of the information on NSPS, I see no stipulations for employees currently on upward mobility slots, i.e. local interns. It is my understanding that DA, ACTEDS interns would be protected, but what about those of use who are local interns? Will be still be able to receive our annual pay increases after our year is complete, or will we be in the pool and compete for the pay raise? I know this is a concern for many people, especially since there exists a rising number of interns in the workforce.
