Comments:
I disagree with the implementation of these regulations. In this age of constant deficits and downsizing it is not practical to implement a new personnel system that will jeopardize the mission of the various DOD agencies due to increased favoritism to certain employees. All it will create in the end will be more animosity and back stabbing.
