Comments:
The question we need to ask before making any changes to the current system is how we got to the system we currently have to begin with. The current system was placed to reduce favoritism and have a more fair system paying the employees for the work they are doing. There is no perfect system. The real question we need to ask is will the new system really fix the problems we have or will it just create even worse problems.
