I really think we need to rethink this before implementing and make sure the new system will really fix the problems we currently have. I vote for keeping the system as currently is until we can find a system that really will the fix the problems we currently have of poor performers. Don’t try to fix something until you are sure the fix will not result in even greater problems then the fix was supposed to fix. Thanks in advance for listening and trying to fix the problems.
