I have visited the NSPS website numerous times over that last week in an attempt to review the "Proposed Regulations" , the click here link does not work! I (as well as others that I have spoken to) will only get a blank page. The other links on the page seem to work just fine, HMMM??? Can you possibly either fix the page or send me a working link, as time is runing out to provide official feedback on the proposals. My Email address is thatchercc@psns.navy.mil
