I was unable to find any specific sections that I could reference for the following questions: How will the NSPS affect an employee expecting to retire under CSRS in approximately three years from the onset of NSPS enactment? For example, will calculations for annuities be affected? Also, will the same options to continue health care and insurance coverage after retirement be provided? Will the NSPS have the authority to change the law regarding current CSRS regulations? Thank you.
