I want to thank Ms. Lacey for coming down here to Lackland and briefing us on the new system. Unfortunately, there were a lot of AFGE WG workers in the audience that may have given her the impression that the vast majority of us here in San Antonio are against the new system. That is simply not true. This new system, to me, is long overdue, and is turning a very socialistic GS system into a very capitalistic one. Thanks for doing all of this. My question is this...Will those of us under SAVE PAY be off of SAVE PAY when we are placed under the new system? Currently, no matter how much I do and how well I perform, I only get 1/2 the January raise and no step increases....Please tell me that "Help is on the way" for my family !!!
