I am addressing the new NSPS system that the federal government have opt to changed to. I have been in the federal government for 23 years and I can retire in 9 yrs. But by changing the old system I may not get a chance to retire. Because if my immediate supervisor has had it in for me and we have had problems in the past thats giving her leeway to fire me. You are not considering the workers that have been in the government for years and are close to retirement. The new system sounds like the GOOD OLD BOY system to me but now it's being put in writing instead of being hidden. The employee really don't have a foot to stand on thanks to this new system.
