I am against the proposed changes in the Civil Service personnel rules. NSPS does not represent mere adjustments, But a massive overhaul that will do away with pay standards, collective bargaining rights and appeal rights. This is a wholesale attack on DOD employees' ability to get their jobs done. This Administration is now stepping out beyond any appropriate flexibility in work rules and into radically undermining good pay, decent workplace standards and workers' rights throughout the Federal Workforce. This ATTACK on Federal Workers rights must STOP right here and right now. I have been a Loyal and Dedicated Federal employees for 25 years. This should mean something to this government and the country.
