I have carefully read the information provided to Tinker AFB OK employees on NSPS. I consider myself open minded and willing to "think outside the box". However, we all are human beings and our attitudes and habits as employees and supervisors dictate how our enviroment succeeds. The comment 'High performers getting same pay as low performers... will now stop", is contingent on employees and supervisors attitudes an habits. Attitudes and habits are part of a persons life pattern, therefore, I do not see low performers being paid what they deserve in all cases. Some people surround themselves with low performers to look good. I consider myself a very high performer. I am proactive and focused. Many supervisors are threatened and intimitated by me, which doesn't stop them from depending on me as I always come through for them. I honestly don't see myself getting the pay I deserve. The management running our current failing systems will be running our new NSPS what makes you think it will be any different? I am really sad about the new system because I have not seen anything that convinces me that it will be better but only screw current hard working employees.
