Comments:
Only a blind person could not see the corruption this NSPS will invite. Now the Egoist Military Managers can really be in charge of their civilians and treat them similar to how they treat their military lower ranks - with no rights whatsoever. Also, NSPS will not favor the survival of "whiner types" of employees, since they can be given 2-weeks notice and fired. However, NSPS WILL favor "suck-up types" of personnel, since standards will be verbal with no accountability for who managers give their $$$ to. This will also usher in a whole lot of law suits in the civil courts since there are no other level ground to plead an appeal. Many of these law suits will be successful and therefore costing my government even more money!!
