It is sad to see the new process National Security Personnel System taking place without the DOD having complete input into this new system. I see alot of negative things with this new proposal that will hurt this country in the long run. I wish that all goverment folks would have to be under this new process including the Rumfeld guy who needs to retire but before he retires lets take most of his money away since he has been useless for the last 10 years. Its real funny how the goverment can make bad choices and get away with it. Very sad indeed.
