Comments:
I am concerned because federal employees like myself are in positions that have position descriptions that do not actually describe the work we have been tasked to do. As a result management might say that we are no longer qualified for certain positions based on our assigned work. I also feel that management will show favoritism towards certain employees by assigning them more meaningful or high priority work. I do not feel that you should compare employees that are doing totally different tasks, but have the same position descriptions.
