My comment relates to an example provided at the NSPS web site. Though the Federal Register did not specifically address which grades would be converted to which bands, I would like to know which grades would be converted to which pay band. Am i right to assume GS12 and 13's would be in the same pay band. Will the band cover GS11-13. This would make sense as managers in my DoD organization are GS-14's and above. If this structure is adopted atleast it allows GS11-13's to strive to work up to as far as the next band being management positions in most cases.
