I am excited about the opportunity and embrace the system of being evaluated on accomplishements and merit vs. the old system of tenure. I have only been with the Army Corps of Engineer for 4 years and it is very frustrating to see people who don't have the same abilities as you get paid more money than you do just because they have been in the Government for more years than you.
