How anyone with even a modicum of common sense could believe this is a positive change simply escapes me. Why would you even consider changing to a system that not only encourages but makes it lawful to discriminate against employees that a supervisor simply doesn't like? The good old boy system is alive and well at Ft. Campbell and this will simply tickle them to death to be aided and abetted by Congress to do their dirt. If a system needs to be changed it would be Congress itself. How about changing their ridiculously extravagant retirement system to the Social Security system and applying the same rules to them that they want to impose on Federal workers? Why would this not be fair for them to live by the same rules as they expect us to work under if this is such a great system? Let's have an answer on that!
