Having now read many many many comments from the "rank and file" it is fairly clear that most of us see right through this sham. The fact the persons currently in the NSPS and in the process of implementing the system have comented to the effect, that like the "rank and file", basically feel that this is a pig in a poke, and is about a hidden adgenda. You jokers ought to be ashamed of yourselves trying to convince us that somehow this is going to be GOOD for us. Sure the system needs some attention, but like with my car when it needs a tuneup, I dont throw out the old engine, when all it may need is a oil change and plugs! Tell that to the BushCo Snakes with suits, and while your at it, tell em we see through their to Social Security proposal also! But go ahead and do it, because you really don't care about us and our feelings on this matter. Our ability to comment make it "appear" you care. BUT YOU DON'T Things are becomming oh so much clearer now to this 58 year old civil servant!
