It is about time that pay is based on performance. I am sick and tired of the lousy rating system that carries no weight. I am tired of being paid the same as poor performers. It is about time that the slackers in government service get their just desserts. Lets see management develop realistic metrics to measure performance which should help to police process adherence and accountability. What are we waiting for.
