Adverse Actions-Subpart G 4. A single process that provides no notice of unsatifactory performance before adverse action is not fair. There should be a time period to improve or for the employee to state that they are not competent to perform the job the employer assigned to them. What is to stop the employer from sticking an employee in a position they know the employee can not handle and then taking an adverse against the employee?
