Comments:
There is no negotiations with the Unions and labor, the intent by Congress was to have a team effort, you apparently have a one sided team in mind. Throughout this entire proposal there is limited specifics identified with future guidance to be provided. This is guidance the unions will not be able to negotiate and therefore is a direct violation of the federal labor relations regulations. Has not anyone figured out this onesided unequitable system. The old system worked it was the managers who were unable to perform and therefore we do not expect them to do their job in an unbiased manor. Does that make any of you think if they could not do their job before that they will be able to do it now. Lizabeth Hanna, Proud Union Supporter and Activist
