Comments:
I've worked for the private sector and the federal government and the only different I see is management in federal government is not doing their job. I don't see where NSPS is needed all is needed is to polish up the system we are under now. The bottom line is "MANAGEMENT NEED TO DO WHAT THEY WAS HIRE TO DO AND STOP BEING AFRAID TO MANAGE."
