I have decided not to submit my name because you did not ask for my thoughts before implementing the pay bands. I will not give you the courtesy. I do not feel this deform is needed. Once again the english language has been coruppted by the term "pay for performance". The total package shows your contempt for federal workers. This deform should be DOA.
