On the new proposal on the new regulations that will be mandated through DOD.Regarding the comments where we can only make comments, I don't understand it and all of it's pages. By the time I get through reading it I will be retired. If we think that we should get a raise or a step increase who will be watching our supervisors to make sure that we get what we deserve. Who do I contact for answers to my many questions that there don't seem to be answers for because I can't ask questions I can only make comments.
