LEAVE THE SYSTEM AS IS!!!! EVERY TIME SOMEONE MAKES CHANGES ITS FOR THE WORST. LOOK AT THE RETIREMENT THE OLD SYSTEM IT REFILLED THE COFFERS WITH NEW WORKERS.Why do you want to hurt with the worker?????. I read all the proposals, can see it leading to only one thing an abusive system were the works will be stepped on by upper management. its plain as the nose on my face. If a mangager of a small shop gets his pay cut because he is not proforming well,who is he going to blame for that,I wonder could it be, the workers,it always is and with me having 25 years in the system to all of a sudden say your lenght of service means nothing to us any more and that you are no more inportant to us then the young person we just hired off the street is a shame. I took pride in my job and the job I was doing for my country but with these new changes I just don't know. Maybe I could find a good privet contractor who would be happy to have a person with my amount of experince. Well I will getting a hold of my public officals and I can assure you if they voted or are going to vote for these changes they will have a hard time being next november time frame. Maybe its time we change the way they get payed as well as other items they recive. Well have a good day
