My concern is that my supervisors do not have any knowledge of this program what so ever. If the information would be broken down and given to all personnel, it would probable be more understood. We are just told that a new program is being instilled and we will not like it! I work for AMC and we are to be the first to be dragged into the 21st century (thanks Rumsfeld). The information just isn't given. The supervisor don't understand and therefore they can't explain it to us.
