Could you possibily make a summary ( or should i say user friendly) proposal for NSPS. i and along with my coworkers find that the 54 page proposal is to long and to complicated to read and get responce back within the small time frame (Mar.16 ), We are not lawyers and alot of the wording is to complicated to understand what impact this will have on the current employees. I am a proud american with 22 years in the navy and currently am employed with the air force as a civil service employee working on f-15 flight controls. Tell me in simple english how this new program will impact me. Thanks!
