The recent reverse discrimination lawsuit at Robins AFB, Barber Et Al Vs Secretary Roche, is a living example of corruption in the government performance appraisal system. For over 20 years Robin's management has been cheating and stealing from innocent employees, using race and sex as factors in appraisal scores violating every federal law on the books. Affidavits and depositions from base management filed at the Macon Federal Courthouse testifies to the fact that thousands of innocent careers were wrecked and devastated by Air Force officials. Officials who are still in denial and refuse to accept any accountability for their own actions, denying any guilt to the end, as millions of taxpayer dollars were wasted and another cool million spent on the settlement. In the end, not one Air Force official was prosecuted for falsification of documents or fraudulent abuse of award funding. Base employees remain in shock as the newsmedia still blasts away at our base, embarassing us all in the eyes of the public. We are not just demoralized, we are devastated at the actions of the Air Force. Now, the Air Force wants us to trust them once again. Forget it! Go peddle your snake oil someplace else until someone in the Air Force can come clean with Robin's employees.
