What purpose are these comments? Apparently the game has already started and the "rules" are known to some, but not by all. It would be nice if I as a DOD federal employee had access to known information about this new system, in stead of rumor and conjecture. Also would be nice if the HR people came by to explain what is going on? The union president came by our location....... HR has not even bothered to speak to us or address questions. By the way a regional CPOC is located here and a CPAC as well. I don't feel as if you are doing an adaquate job of distributing information that is so critical for the DOD workforce to have a chance to review. Basically how does one comment on a system when for one thing its not in place, and for another there are to many unknowns?
