Why change a system that has been working and evolving for nearly 100 years? I'm a WG employee,I am compensated fairly for the work I do.Over the last 29 years,I've responded to an unbelieveable array of assignments,as have my co-workers.I've even been rif'ed out, when our jobs were contracted out.I've been recalled, doing the same job I had before the rif.The folks I work with are already a flexible and adaptive group. We'll complete any task assigned. We're more efficient and cost effective than anyone,we do our jobs properly the first time, theres no need for lawyers or inspectors,or having to pay twice for the same job. This NSPS is a major distraction for us,interfering with our primary duties-supporting our troops.
