Brownnosers, suck-ups, bosses favorites, rejoice- your pay is going up. The hard workers will continue to be ignored. Just make it easy for people to transfer away from a boss who “pets” people who crawl into theirs laps. Let these managers be stuck with incompetents. You give way to much power to managers who are demonstrating lack of management.
