I read with interest on the sweeping changes to the Civil Service System and I think to myself that it's about time. Now I retired from the postal service in 2001 and am currently working as an LVN in a military hospital via a Contract Agency. My highest pay grade was an EAS-16 which is quite different from the GS scale. If I elect to return to the work force under the National Security Personnel System how would my pay be computed?
