Comments:
1. Many training courses for civilian employees (such as OLE, PME, SBLM, etc) are targeted for specific pay grades or job titles, will course selection be expanded to include a wider range of applicants under NSPS? 2. How will an employee know which courses are better choices for career development? 3. Are NAF and Wage Grade employees included in the new system or only GS employees?
