How exactly does this plan have an effect on those working in the field of law enforcement or security? I keep getting a variety of answers and would like to know who exactly could answer my questions directly or references that would address my concerns. I have reviewed the OPM study of 2004 and would like to know if any of their recommendations have been included in the NSPS and if so, which ones... As an individual who has served her country for a total of 20+ years I believe it is understandable that my concerns are valid. It appears that if my boss dislikes me, I can be fired or my pay lessened. I agree pay realignment is needed for those in the government pay scale, however for those of us involved it appears this is rather “illogical”. And then again I could be getting the wrong information, that is why I am asking for a point of contact and not an open forum where my question or questions can be watered down or “not answered”. thank you
