NSPS will be the biggest mistake ever in the history of the Government if this is allowed to pass. Reason, to put a person livelyhood in a Supervisor hand is only going to make this a POSTAL situation. To give a supervior that much say on if a person gets a raise, step increase or anything else. BIG MISTAKE. Most of the supervisors that are in management don't have any business being in that position they don't have people skills nor do they have comment sense. They should have to be evaluated before given the position and you are going to allow a person that is not stable themselves determine if a person gets a raise or anything else. You might has well have Lawrence police set up a sub-station in this building because they will end up being called everyday if you give you allow the NSPS to pass. This is something that needs to be taken back to the drawing broad and disband because that could not have been thought about all the way though. You are talking about putting a person life basiclly in a SUPERVISOR hands. All I have to say to this is if this passes I think that the enviornment in DFAS will not be a safe one anymore.
