Comments:
This new system will take away so much of what we, as employees, have worked for over the years. Instead of having a system that attempts to remove biases in promotions and pay, it returns us to the "good old boy" days that were so unfair to so many. The new system will take away an outside mediator to settle problems and replace it with a management "puppet". This is a big step backward for employees. To do all this in the name of national security is a sham. The problems the administration claim exist, exist only in their minds. They have created these problems to try to frighten us into believing that things need to be changed. They have done this so that they can have complete control. Fairness to their employees does not enter into their thoughts.
