I work at WHMC. How will it be determined how much money we will be given for salary increases each year. Who will decide how that money will be distributed to each section and also, who will monitor this money in the big picture. Will the dollar amounts given to each section be published so we will all know how much each section is receiving. Also, will it be published who got a raise each year and how much so scenarios of -I like you so I'll give you a raise each year - won't occur. What is the accountability process being set in place. Thanks.
