You have got to be kidding, this NSPS is a fraud. They are making working for the government a walk in the pig sty. We as non supervisory positions will be even more under the GOOD Ole Boy System with no recourse. The supervisors we have know are non trained for their job can't wait for them to have MORE POWER. Any unions ability to step in and correct employment problems for their members will quite frankly be non existent, which is I'm sure is what this system wants. DoD can send me any where it chooses, are they nuts! I've served in the United States Marine Corps and in Viet Nam now because I work for DOD they can send me to another hostile zone, get real. This system from what I can read will only serve to remove good employees from jobs while retaining ones that are pawns of supervisors and cannot get a job anywhere else. The outstanding force we have now will be reduced to non achievers and incompetent workers who don't give a damn. There would be no reason to do a good job absolutely none. Whom ever thought up this system need to get their head out off their behinds and look around, if they where under this system they all would be fired for lack of any intelligence.
