Comments:
Many of us do not concur with this new system. There are many managers working for civil service that are not fair with their superior employees. There are alot of favoritism among less workable employees. Many of us work very hard and managers do not and will not give us credit regardless. I already see it, there will be many grievances submitted by hard-working employees who will not be recognized by their managers and will not get pay raises.
