If Mr. Rumsfeld had to work under this proposal with a supervisor that had a clue as to what is happening, would he still have a job under this proposal? Prime example of what is wrong with the system; too many individuals in positions of authority/power who have no clue and the willingness to abuse power and use people to gain personally.
