What happens, if your supervisor is part of a big clique. Our supervisor seems to cover for those that are her freinds and leaves the rest of us out. I don't think is fair for those of us who are not in her clique to be penalized. She is going to retire in December, so she really is not concerned about us at all. I feel this system is going to be a BIG problem due to favoritism.
