Supervisor Pay - If you have a supervisor who simply doesn't care for you, regardless of your work, what will stop them from not giving you a deserved pay raise and then you have no course of action when this occurs. To much flexibility is being given at the supervisor level It seems odd that we will not be covered by certain federal laws and the guy working at McDonalds has more actions of recourse than a federal employee. In my opinion, those that are hard working, productive employee's will be hurt and in turn leave the Civil Service and you will be left with those who sqeak by. I am a vet from Active Duty and currently serve in the reserves and I am Civil Service, I am insulted that we are being treated like peons!!!!
