I am a GS-11 step 6 and in July I will be 6 months away from receiving my next step increase. If they inplement NSPS baybanding in the month of July will this negate the step increase I would have received in Jan. 06' or what type if any adjustment would be made to my salary during the inititial transition/transformation?
