Hi,I have looked over the new system and it looks like it will be a great improvement over the old..I like the bonues for workers who perform above and beyound their jobs..Retaining our trained and quilified workers is a plus..Hiring people to fill our job vacancies quicker is also a plus..Getting our pay system straight is great..I hope I can be in Civil service long enough to enjoy the benefits of the system..Thank you for giving us the chance to voice our opinions..Thanks for all the work that everyone has done to make our work place better..May God bless you in the furture..
