Comments:
General comment. For the many of us who have full time responsibilities other than reviewing NSPS regs, and want to submit meaningful, thoughtful comments, an additional 30 day extension is needed to adequately review and comment on this document. It's length, ambiguity, seemingly employee "unfriendliness", and significant implications (some good, many potentially harmful in the long run for DoD) justifies an additional 30 days for public comment.
