PAY/COMPENSATION: Some supervisors and managers who are of questionable value are allowed to make judgements affecting employees. Some disciplins require different performance and contributions than others! What overall affect does this have on the general workforce? Some "markets" are paid differently throughout this nation! Some employees have more training, schooling, and experience than others within local market conditions! What affect will this have in determining pay rates? How will an employee's value, performance,and contribution be determined?
