Section 9901.606 Competitive Group Item C. Delete 2d sentence beginning with "The Department may supplement an employee's official position description....." Justification: To be fair and maintain an equitable competition, the employee's official position of record needs to stand on its own merit, and not be subject the political/ managerial "supplemental" information. The 2 sentence of item C needs to be deleted.
