No specific section. How will DoD employees be affected if they want to apply for another job within the federal system but outside of DoD? Currently, all jobs require that candidates must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to, or at least one year in the next lowest GS level. Will the NSPS system disqualify someone from competeing for jobs with other agencies beside DoD? Example: Park Ranger with the Corps may be in a full performance pay scale or Pay Band 2. Will that make he or she eligable for a GS 9, GS 11 or GS 12 with the Park Service, USFWS or Forest Service?
