Comments:
I have two questions 1. Concerning the GPI General Pay Increase; I am presently in safe pay status as a result of a RIF 2 years ago. I am a GS-11 step 00 and receive an annual raise equal to 1/2 of the amount of a GS-11 step 10 until my pay equals that of a step 10. How will my pay raises be determined under the new plan? 2. Being one deep in my position there are no other employees to compare my performance with. How will supervisors determine at what level one deep positions are performing?
